Insanely popular, selling out day after day last season, is our "BIG 班(HAM)Burger" and our "RAO(羅王)men Noodles."
Our "BIG 班(HAM)Burger" is just that... A BIG hamburger. Even holding it with both hands, toppings start pour out from the sides. Only a certain number are made each day, so it's first come, first served. This is our top menu reccomendation, so you can't afford to come all the way to Madarao Kogen and not give it a try!
Our "BIG 班(HAM)Burger" is served at Restaraunt Heidi (made with brand-name Miyuki Pork cutlets) and at Restaurant Chirol (made with Miyuki Pork patties). Our RAOmen Noodes can be ordered at Restarant Heidi
BIG 班(HAM)Burger: Restaurant Chirol Version
Restaraunt Chirol's BIG (HAN)Burger comes with tomatoes and a double serving of demiglace sauce. The more dainty are free to use a knife and fork, but holding it with both hands and going at it with huge, manly bites is fine as well!

BIG斑(HAM)Burger: Restaurant Heidi Version.
This version is made with cutlets of our local brand Miyuki Pork and topped with Japanese worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. The sweetness of the pork being drawn out by the delicious buns makes for an extravegant treat! After grabbing it firmly between both hands and shoving it into your mouth, you'll be left speechless!

RAO（羅王）men Noodles
After a day out on the chilly slopes, nothing hits the spot like a warm plate of curry, right? WRONG.
Our RAOmen Noodles will warm you up from the inside out. Made with Chinese dandan noodles, chili oil, and pork broth, then topped with cubed pork, the sweetness of the meat really stands out. In one word- "Delicious."

Beef Stew
You can never go wrong with food from the slopes.
