Lower portion初級者 圧雪バーン

Lower portion Running alongside Lift 11, the lower portion of Crystal is very spacious with a gentle slope-- perfect for beginner and elementary level skiers to safely practice skiing.
However, the only way to access the lower portion is to come in from the middle portion, which is geared more toward intermediate skiers. You will need to know how to stop and turn on medium slopes to be able to safely ski the middle portion.
For beginner to intermediate skiers who are able to ski on the middle and lower portions of Crystal, we also recommend taking Lift 15 up to Skyview— a mild slope with a good view that you can ski at your own pace.

Middle Portion中級者 圧雪バーン

Middle PortionWe highly recommend this slope to intermediate skiers. In addition to being very wide, this course offers a smooth with a medium incline, letting you create large arches with your turns. This slope is also great for advanced and technical skiers who want to practice their carving skills.

Upper Portion上級者 パウダー コブ

Upper PortionAccessible by Lift 13, the upper portion of Crystal is the best of the best in difficulty and incline in all of Madarao Kogen. This is a slope with an irregular surface and an incline so extreme that it is almost impossible to form any turn-aiding mounds, regardless of how many people have skied down before you. This slope is definitely a must for advanced skiers.
Another selling point of Crystal is that it is the number one most popular course for powder running.
On top of being the most difficult and the most popular, the upper portion of Crystal also has the best view out of all the courses. On especially clear days, not only will you be able to see the ocean, but Sado Island as well!
