Popular among children of all ages is the child-themed play area, Kids Park. In addition to skiing and snowboarding courses, Kids Park offers other fun activities such as sledding, snow tubing, and igloos. There is also a snow-play area for snowman-making and snowball fights! There are no restrictions on age or ability, so Kids Park can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone.
Kids Park Day Pass- only 500 yen a person!
Play around in Kids Park to your heart's content for only 500 yen for the entire day! This fee includes entrance to Kids Park, use of the snow escalator, and entrance to Restaurant Tirol's playroom. Sled, snow tube, and mini-ski rentals are also available for an extra fee.
Getting around is no problem with the snow escalator!
A moving walkway called the "snow escalator" operates continuously, making it easy for even the youngest of kids to move about Kids Park.
Sudden change in the Weather? Not to worry- just take a break in Kid’s House Tirol!
Located right across from Kids Park is Kids House Tirol. Put your mind at ease knowing that there is a warm, comfy restaurant to go to in case the weather suddenly takes a turn for the worst. Along with a kids-menu focused family restaurant, Kids House Tirol also has a playroom filled with lots of fun play equipment.
Kids House Tirol also offers a daycare service for children three and up (i.e., children who are potty trained). The charge is 1,000 yen/ hour.
Easy access with Snow Rabbit
To get to Kids Park, why not take our sightseeing snow tractor, Snow Rabbit? Snow Rabbit makes stops at the following three places: The resort entrance (next to Restaurant Shirakaba), Daytrip Parking Lot 7, and the entrance to Kids Park. The cost is 100 yen per ride.
