シーズンパス利用規約

◆購入後のキャンセルについて◆
・キャンセル申請はBlissカスタマーサポート（support@blissguarantee.com）に直接ご連絡ください。
・返金額は基本料金の80%（上記表参照）。
・返金は通常、承認後1～2営業日で手続きされ、3～5営業日以内にお支払いされます。
・スキー場窓口でのキャンセル受付はできません。
・保証料部分は返金対象外です。

◆使用方法について◆
・シーズンオープン後インフォメーションセンターにてお渡しいたします。
・本券はＩＣカードでご利用日の当日券との引き換えをせず直接リフトご搭乗頂けます。
・リフト乗り場ゲートではご登録時の写真と通過時を比較し本人確認を行っております。
　係員から指示がありましたら、お手数ですがゴーグルを外しお顔をお見せ下さい。
・本券は、斑尾高原スキー場とタングラムの２スキー場共通パスとなります。
　２スキー場以外ではご利用できません。
・２スキー場の営業期間は異なります。それぞれの営業期間内でご利用ください。
・営業開始日および営業終了日は予定であり、降雪状況やゲレンデコンディション不良などにより変更になる場合がございます。

◆譲渡・不正使用禁止について◆
・本券は、購入者ご本人のみ有効とし、家族または他人への譲渡は一切できません。
・他人への譲渡、貸与など不正使用が発覚した場合は、本券を没収し損害賠償を求めます。
　索道運送約款に則り、不正使用期間の日数に定価の３倍の割増運賃の支払いを求めます。

◆再発行について◆
・シーズンパスのデータが壊れた場合は、再発行をいたします。
　キーチケットその物がお客さまの過失で破損したと判断できる場合はＩＣカード保証料として５００円を収受いたします。

◆紛失について◆
・シーズンパスを紛失された場合は、速やかにお申し出ください。

フレックスキャンセル保証：利用規約

• 定義
• ・購入者：「あなた」を指します。フレックスキャンセル保証を購入されたご本人のことを意味します。「あなた」「あなたの」は同義として使用されます。
  ・予約：斑尾高原スキー場を通じて「あなた」が購入したシーズンパスまたは日帰りスキーパスを指します。
  ・予約金額：シーズンパスまたは日帰りスキーパスの合計金額であり、「あなた」の取引における基本価格として定義されます。
  ・フレックスキャンセル保証：Blissが提供する返金サービスで、「あなた」のシーズンパスまたは日帰りスキーパスについて、理由を問わず「あなた」の都合でキャンセルできる権利を提供するものです（斑尾高原スキー場の事情ではなく）。対象のパスやチケットが未使用で、かつ2025年12月31日以前にキャンセル申請された場合に適用されます。返金金額はチェックアウト時および購入確認メールにて通知された内容に従い、Blissより支払われます。なお、本保証の費用は返金されません。
  ・Bliss：フレックスキャンセル保証の返金サービスを提供する会社です。
  
• フレックスキャンセル保証とは？

フレックスキャンセル保証は、購入したシーズンパスまたは日帰りスキーパスを理由を問わずキャンセルできるサービスです。キャンセルは、2025年12月31日までかつ、パス／チケットを一度も使用していない場合に限り有効です。キャンセルが承認された際は、チェックアウト時および購入確認メールにて通知された補償金額がBlissより返金されます。

重要な注意事項：

・フレックスキャンセル保証の費用は返金対象外です。
・本保証は、追加のサービスや手数料をカバーするものではありません。

保証は、予約購入日の翌日午前0時1分（UTC）より有効となり、2025年12月31日またはパス／チケットの初回使用のいずれか早い時点で終了します。

除外事項

以下のケースはフレックスキャンセル保証の対象外です：

• ・斑尾高原スキー場によってキャンセルが行われた場合
  ・2025年12月31日以降のキャンセル
  ・パスまたはチケットが一度でも使用された後のキャンセル
  
• 費用について

フレックスキャンセル保証の費用は、予約時に表示された金額です。この費用は、保証サービスを利用しなかった場合も返金されません。

フレックスキャンセル保証の利用方法

2025年12月31日以前かつパス／チケット未使用の状態で予約をキャンセルし、かつフレックスキャンセル保証を購入している場合、チェックアウト時および購入確認メールに記載された補償金額がBlissより返金されます。なお、フレックスキャンセル保証の費用およびその他の追加サービス・手数料は返金されません。

このサービスを利用するにあたり、理由や証明書類の提出は必要ありません。

返金申請の手順：

• support@blissguarantee.com までメールを送信するか、フレックスキャンセル保証の購入確認メールに返信してください。その上で返金申請を行ってください。
  
• Blissのカスタマーサポートが申請内容を確認し、承認後、返金方法について案内いたします。

Flexible Cancellation Guarantee: Terms and Conditions

1. 1.Definitions
   • Purchaser. Refers to “You,” the individual purchasing the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee. The terms “You” and “Your” are used interchangeably.
   • Reservation. The season pass or daily ski pass that “You” have purchased through Madarao Ski Resort.
   • Reservation Value. This is the total cost of the season pass or daily ski pass. This is defined as the base price of “Your” transaction.
   • Flexible Cancellation Guarantee. A refund service provided by Bliss that allows “You” to cancel “Your” reservation for any reason, on “Your” terms (not Madarao Ski Resort’s), provided the cancellation request of your covered season pass or daily ski pass is made before December 31, 2025 and before the pass or ticket has been used for admission. Bliss will refund a payout amount as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email. The cost of the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is non-refundable. 
   • Bliss. The company that provides the refund service of Flexible Cancellation Guarantee.

3. 2.What is Flexible Cancellation Guarantee?

The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is a service that allows you to cancel your season pass or daily ski pass for any reason, as long as the cancellation is made before December 31, 2025 and before the pass or ticket has been used. Upon cancellation, Bliss will refund a payout amount as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email.
6. Important Notes:

• The cost of the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is non-refundable.
• Additional services or fees are not covered by this guarantee.‍

The guarantee begins at 12:01 AM UTC the day after you purchase your reservation and lasts until December 31, 2025, or until your pass/ticket is first used – whichever comes first.

3. 3.Exclusions
   The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee does not cover:
   • Cancellations initiated by Madarao Ski Resort.
   • Cancellations made after December 31, 2025.
   • Cancellations made after your pass or ticket has been used to gain entry to access resort facilities.

4. 4.Cost
   The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is priced as specified during the reservation process. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you use the refund service.

5. 5.How to Use the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee
   If you choose to cancel your reservation before December 31, 2025 and before any usage of your pass or ticket, and have purchased the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee, Bliss will process a refund of a payout amount as confirmed at checkout and in purchase your confirmation email. Additional fees or services, including the cost of the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee, will not be refunded.

No proof or documentation is required to use this service.

Steps to Initiate a Refund:

1. 1.Reach out to support@blissguarantee.com or respond to your Flexible Cancellation Guarantee purchase confirmation email and initiate a refund request.
2. 2.Bliss Customer Support will review your request and provide instructions to receive your refund upon approval.
