Flexible Cancellation Guarantee: Terms and Conditions
1.Definitions
Purchaser. Refers to “You,” the individual purchasing the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee. The terms “You” and “Your” are used interchangeably.
Reservation. The season pass or daily ski pass that “You” have purchased through Madarao Ski Resort.
Reservation Value. This is the total cost of the season pass or daily ski pass. This is defined as the base price of “Your” transaction.
Flexible Cancellation Guarantee. A refund service provided by Bliss that allows “You” to cancel “Your” reservation for any reason, on “Your” terms (not Madarao Ski Resort’s), provided the cancellation request of your covered season pass or daily ski pass is made before December 31, 2025 and before the pass or ticket has been used for admission. Bliss will refund a payout amount as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email. The cost of the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is non-refundable.
Bliss. The company that provides the refund service of Flexible Cancellation Guarantee.
2.What is Flexible Cancellation Guarantee?
The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is a service that allows you to cancel your season pass or daily ski pass for any reason, as long as the cancellation is made before December 31, 2025 and before the pass or ticket has been used. Upon cancellation, Bliss will refund a payout amount as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email.
Important Notes:
The cost of the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is non-refundable.
Additional services or fees are not covered by this guarantee.
The guarantee begins at 12:01 AM UTC the day after you purchase your reservation and lasts until December 31, 2025, or until your pass/ticket is first used – whichever comes first.
3.Exclusions The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee does not cover:
Cancellations initiated by Madarao Ski Resort.
Cancellations made after December 31, 2025.
Cancellations made after your pass or ticket has been used to gain entry to access resort facilities.
4.Cost The Flexible Cancellation Guarantee is priced as specified during the reservation process. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you use the refund service.
5.How to Use the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee If you choose to cancel your reservation before December 31, 2025 and before any usage of your pass or ticket, and have purchased the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee, Bliss will process a refund of a payout amount as confirmed at checkout and in purchase your confirmation email. Additional fees or services, including the cost of the Flexible Cancellation Guarantee, will not be refunded.
No proof or documentation is required to use this service.
Steps to Initiate a Refund:
1.Reach out to support@blissguarantee.com or respond to your Flexible Cancellation Guarantee purchase confirmation email and initiate a refund request.
2.Bliss Customer Support will review your request and provide instructions to receive your refund upon approval.
