Regarding the mechanical trouble that occurred on the No. 1 Lift C Line (Triple Chair) during night skiing on December 31, we would first like to sincerely apologize to all guests affected by this issue.

At present, there is no estimated time for restoration of the No. 1 Lift C Line (Triple Chair).

Therefore, from January 1 onward, operations will be as follows:

• ・The No. 1 Lift will operate using the B Line (Double Chair) only.
• ・Shuttle bus service will be provided from Parking Lot No. 8 to the front of Madarao Kogen Hotel.
• ・Heavy congestion is expected at the No. 1 Lift.

Guests using beginner courses are kindly requested to use the No. 5 Lift.
