Pass Details
The Mountain Pass provides access to the lifts at both Madarao Mountain Resort and Tangram Ski Circus.

A separate refundable ¥500 IC card deposit is required for all pass categories.
Pass Collection and Use
Season passes can be collected from the Information Center after the winter season begins.
The season pass is issued as an IC card, so there is no need to collect or return a lift ticket each day. From your second visit onward, you can proceed directly to the lifts.
The ¥500 deposit will be refunded when you return the IC card at the end of the season.
Guests Using Parking Lots No. 7 or No. 8 on Their First Visit
To reach the Information Center, you will need to take Lift No. 1. You may ride the lift free of charge, so please inform a member of staff that you are collecting your season pass.
Season Pass Holder Benefits
- ・Access to night skiing at Madarao Mountain Resort until 9:00 p.m. Scheduled night skiing dates: December 26–January 2 and January 9–10.
- ・A ¥500 discount on one-day lift tickets for up to five accompanying guests at Madarao Mountain Resort. This benefit applies only to adult, senior and child one-day lift tickets. It cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.
- ・A ¥1,000 discount on ski or snowboard equipment rentals at Shirakaba Rental. This discount does not apply to clothing, accessories, retail products or other items.
Season Pass Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and Refunds
・Cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase.
・ No refunds will be provided if operating hours or season dates are changed, or if operations are suspended, due to personal circumstances, adverse weather, snowmelt, natural disasters or other reasons.
・Cancellations cannot be processed at the resort ticket counter.
Use of the Season Pass
・Season passes can be collected from the Information Center after the winter season begins.
・This pass is issued as an IC card and allows the holder to proceed directly to the lifts without exchanging it for a daily lift ticket.
・At the lift gates, the photograph submitted during registration will be compared with the person using the pass to verify their identity. If requested by a member of staff, please remove your goggles and show your face.
・This pass is valid only at Madarao Mountain Resort and Tangram Ski Circus.
・The operating periods of the two resorts differ. The pass may be used at each resort only during its respective operating period.
・Scheduled opening and closing dates are subject to change depending on snowfall, slope conditions and other circumstances.
Transfers and Unauthorized Use
・This pass is valid only for the registered purchaser and may not be transferred to family members or any other person.
・If unauthorized use, including transfer or lending of the pass, is discovered, the pass will be confiscated and compensation may be sought.
・In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Carriage, an additional fare equal to three times the regular price multiplied by the number of days of unauthorized use will be charged.
Reissuance
・The season pass will be reissued if the data stored on the card becomes corrupted.
・If the keycard itself is determined to have been damaged through the holder’s negligence, a ¥500 IC card replacement fee will be charged.
Lost Passes
・Please notify Madarao Mountain Resort immediately if your season pass is lost.
